HOLY LAND
My husband and I have just returned from a 19 day, travel/study vacation. We went to Egypt, Sinai and the Holy Land. It was truly a life enhancing experience. Several of our friends cautioned us about going to a place that was so “unsafe.”
Not one time did we feel “unsafe.” Our guides and our tour director were very experienced and we felt absolutely secure at all times. We have gained a new perspective on life. We know what is truly important. We walked where Christ walked. We saw sights that He would have seen. We felt the Spirit of His peace even in a land of “unrest.” We are so glad we went. - Norm Young

CHURCH HISTORY
I loved all Sis. Black's lectures - I couldn't get enough. I learned so much because she took us to parts of Nauvoo that we would otherwise not have seen on our own. I loved the wonderful people I met and shared testimonies with them. I especially loved the devotionals on the bus and being able to start out on a spiritual note each day. The tour was very well organized and busy, but we still had ample free time. The two temple sessions was an added bonus. Thank you! - Joan Cottam

PERU
We had the opportunity of being with the saints in Ica that had been in the earthquake. We were to help brighten their lives. This turned out to be a very spiritual experience for all of us. Also we visited the saints on the floating islands at Lake Titicaca. This also touched all of our spirits as we saw people who were members of our church with so little and yet so happy. To see a picture of our prophet in one of the huts was very touching. - Marjorie Ogden

Not once, but many times (while on our trip in Peru) did Bro. Glazier open our eyes to valuable and spirtual angles so we all may have a better vision of the Pre-Incan cultures and things or thruths that can only have been given to these people by our Savior and other visits that we do not know of yet. The common symbolism shared by our doctrines and the their beliefs are awesome. Bro, Glazier did an excellent job in pointing them out to us. Stewart and Sandra are a pleasure to be with. The organization and kindness were present all the time during the this beautiful trip.

. . . . BEYOND
I loved staying right in Rothenburg and going out from there. We had a good variation in activities everything from cathedrals to a glass factory. The shopping was a highlight but the surrounding buildings, fountains, churches and towers made everything enchanting. I would definately go again. Michael Phillips was so fun, so helpful and very knowledable. Loved him! Thanks. - Elaine Christensen
